Fashion model and underwear entrepreneur Natalie Roser has quietly expanded her property portfolio.
Roser, who recently married Neighbours turned Home And Away actor Harley Bonner, has bought a 1980s Valentine home, in her native Newcastle region.
She paid $821,000 for the two-level home, in need of a renovation.
It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms on a 510 sqm block, with tiered gardens at the front of the home and a patio and trees at the rear.
Ray White East Lake Macquarie’s Sally Kuppers sold the home, after an auction guide of $750,000.
Roser’s updated her new residence on her company directorship at her swimwear label Rose & Bare, which she launched in 2018, the same year she was a first home buyer.
“Whether you’re on the hunt for your first or forever home, you can’t go past this must-see Valentine abode,” the listing read.
“Spacious and light-filled with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is a home that will perfectly suit a wide range of buyers and lifestyles.
“The layout stretches over two levels with three bedrooms and one bathroom housed upstairs. “The main floor houses two more bedrooms and a bathroom as well as multiple living spaces including a lounge and dining room, a family room and a galley-style kitchen. You can choose to move in as-is or make some more updates to transform this humble abode into the luxurious retreat you crave.”
