Real Housewives of Sydney cast member and former Miss Australia Nicole O’Neil and her hedge fund manager husband Adam have relisted their grand Vaucluse mansion after testing the water with it 12 months ago.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom property was on the market briefly last year with $16m expectations, but the glamorous home has resurfaced this week.
Elliott Placks of Ray White Double Bay and Alex Lyons of Raine & Horne Double Bay are the co-agents but both remained tight-lipped about the listing.
Sources close to the sale suggest the price is now closer to $17.5m.
The O’Neils purchased the modern home on 936sq m for $7m from art consultant Bambi Blumberg and her former husband Derek in 2017, the same year Nicole’s single season of Real Housewives aired.
Nicole is also known as director of local events business Pret-a-Party.
The professional entertainer undertook a comprehensive renovation of the two-storey home, which now features state-of-the-art finishes throughout including a contemporary marble kitchen with Wolf appliances, Hermes wallpaper and gardens designed by star landscaper Paul Bangay as well as a swimming pool.
