Today Show presenter Richard Wilkins has secured the sale of his second Mosman investment apartment at $925,000.
There had been an auction guide of $850,000 for the two-bedroom Punch St apartment, set on the ground floor of the mid-1960s block Tremaine.
The tightly held building has only seen two sales in seven years, both in 2020.

The other two-bedroom apartments fetched $820,000 and $900,000.
The sale marks an exit from Mosman for Wilkins, who sold a 1965 Moruben Rd apartment earlier this year at $1.01 million, with its investor buyer putting it up for $650 a week rent.
Wilkins retains two investment properties in Cremorne, aside from his longtime home, which was bought for just over $2 million in 2004.
